Option ARM Mortgage Highlights:
A minimum payment option, based on the starting rate of 1.000% for the first year. Minimum payment can be fixed for the first five years. This payment selection allows you to pay less than the interest owed each month.
An interest-only option
15 year, 30 year or 40 year amortization payment
Stated income may be available to qualified borrowers. State restrictions may also apply.
