refinance loans are based on, but not limited to:
Single family, detached, stick built, primary residence;
700+ credit scores for all borrowers;
Loan to value ratio of 80% (20% equity or down payment);
Loan amount of $165,000 - $417,000 (payment based
on $200,000 loan amount.)
Availability of rate and terms will vary based on
the specific loan scenario and credit profile of the
borrower.
Estimated Payment is based on principal and interest
only. Actual monthly obligation will be higher due
to the addition of taxes and insurance costs.
Sample scenarios (Not available loans.) -
30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage - The payment on a $200,000
30 year fixed rate mortgage at 4.50% and 80% loan
to value is $1013.37.
20 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage - The payment on a $200,000
20 year fixed rate mortgage at 4.25% and 80% loan
to value is $1238.47.
15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage - The payment on a $200,000
15 year fixed rate mortgage at 4.00% and 80% loan
